Prof. Todor Tagarev \u2013 A Bulgarian military expert and long-time official within the Bulgarian defense system. He served as the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Bulgaria from March 13 to May 29, 2013.
Yordan Bozhilov \u2013 Founder and first chairman of the Sofia Security Forum. He served as the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Bulgaria from March 9 to June 22, 2022.
Velizar Shalamanov \u2013 Former advisor to the Chairman of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) on national security and defense. Since 2009, he has served as the Director of Sponsor Support at the NATO Consultation, Command and Control Agency. In 2012, he was appointed Director of Customer Support at the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA). He served as the Minister of Defense in the caretaker government of Georgi Bliznashki from August 6 to November 7, 2014.
