The second part of the event featured a high-level discussion with Vladimir Petrovic, Serbian Ambassador to the United States (2009\u20132013); Prof. Rumen Kanchev, an expert in international security and geopolitics; and Attorney Irina Abadzhieva-Reputz. The discussion focused on the Three Seas Initiative (3SI) and the role of the Balkan countries within it.
