On September 28, 2026, we had the honor of co-organizing the webinar “Who Is Fighting Whom in the Horn of Africa?” together with the Strategic Dialogue for Global Affairs Initiative and the Middle East Political and Economic Institute.
📖 PSI Co-Chair Dr. Dimitar Keranov discussed the strategic importance of the Horn of Africa and the role of the Pretoria Agreement as a framework for dialogue and de-escalation.
👉 The discussion examined regional tensions, the role of external actors, and the risk of the conflict escalating, stressing the need to distinguish verified facts from contested claims.
